I had some water seepage from the event through a sash that was to be replaced and a couple of minor issues. My wife and I are out of town for 10 days on 9/25 and with hurricane season still active I contacted Steve to possibly expedite the repairs before we departed. I am most impressed by Steve’s immediate response to my situation. Within a couple of days Steve had located the sash and arranged to have window tech Ben at my home at 8:30am. Ben attended to all my issues quickly and carefully and has great customer relations skills. Thanks again to Steve and Ben. We were actually laughing about how quiet the house is now. We do remember that we noticed a big difference when the first project was completed a year ago, but this was just crazy! One year ago, we had windows installed on three sides of our home and immediately noticed two things… lower utility bills and much less outside noise. This year we had them complete the house by replacing old sliding glass doors across the back of the house. Just wanted to share our experience with Storm Shield. We had all of the windows in our condo replaced over the past two days. Due to the nature of some of our decorative windows some of them had to have templates made to insure proper fit. The manager of the instillation teams came after the initial measurements to make the template himself. The instillation took two days which impressed my wife and I. We are in a second floor condo which proved to be no problem for the installers. When they were finished we were instructed how to operate the windows and how the windows would be inspected by the building inspector. They left the house in a clean and orderly manner. The team who installed our windows where polite and well versed in their product. Would have no problem recommending them in the future. The onsite manager did a great job..
